Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Our products are shipped directly by our partners, and the estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking code by email.
Shipping within Brazil: R$ 19.90, free on orders over R$ 150. International shipping: R$ 59.90. Some orders are shipped from abroad and may be subject to import taxes, according to the rules of the destination country. Questions? Return and Exchange Policy
You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, as provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (art. 49), and we will refund 100% of the amount paid, including shipping. For hygiene reasons, products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
